Going forward, Bobtail Fruit will be absorbed into the Fruit For The Office Brand.

In 2022, the 'Fruit For The Office' brand was acquired by Bobtail Fruit, and has been simultaneously operating beside one another.

Over time, the differences between the two brands have narrowed, and they have reached a stage where Bobtail Fruit and Fruit For The Office can combine into one brand. This will be 'Fruit For The Office', as it naturally aligns more with our objective.

What's changed for me?

Realistically, not much - you'll have to use a new customer service email to reach out to, as well as a new website portal you can access.

Are the operations different at all?

Not in the slightest, just a name change. The websites follow an almost identical layout, and the emails (including accounts) will behave the same. Operations regarding your orders are unchanged, meaning you'll have the same delivery drivers and the same runs.

Are our billing/bank details changing?

No, we've got the same billing address and bank details. If you get an email claiming that these are changing, then please ignore it and report to us immediately.
